GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK

I would consider this to be a really healthy and normal cycle.

When looking for a healthy and normal cycle, where your hormones are sufficient and optimal, it should look like having a solid period bleed 5-7 days, a healthy amount of cervical mucus, high libido throughout the month, no headaches, no breakouts or no bloating and no major mood swings!!

Our fertility matters beyond getting pregnant because it is an insight to our overall health. Our monthly report card at any given time. And you earned yourself an A +.

That said, we can all benefit from focusing on the foundations of health and learning more about our cycles/bodies in general! I created my Back to Basics guide for just that!

Here is what you can expect in the guide:

  • 50+ page guide + workbook that shows you the step-by-step foundations of women's health

  • Preferred Supplements to support: Detoxification, Digestion, Mineral Imbalances and Metabolic Health

  • An insight into my personal calendar on how our family plans rest, fun and light meal planning

  • 7-Day Balanced Meal Guide

  • 8 Simply and Delicious Snack Ideas

  • Grocery Shopping List

  • Weekly Check-In questions to assess your health and progress
