Hey ladies, I’m Meg
I’m here to help you regain control over your health & well-being and fall in love with every part of your body again – especially that monthly cycle we’ve been blessed with!
My journey started much like yours, with the emotional roller coaster of my fertility journey and chasing an ideal body image by overtraining, undereating and practicing more self-judgment than self-love. As a competitive athlete, I was willing to do anything to maintain the ‘perfect’ figure. For so long, I ignored my body’s cries for help, leading me down a long road of suffering with health issues from an irregular cycle and anxiety to significant bloat and hypothyroidism.
At that point, I was done with feeling like I didn’t have control of my body any more. I discovered how important it was to get in tune with my cycle and listen to what my body was screaming out for. As I began reconnecting with my body, I felt a strong call to help women do the same.
So, I went back to school to learn how I could best support each of you, and fast forward six years later, I have helped thousands of women restore their metabolic health, leading them to recover from hormone imbalances, restore periods & recover digestive function.

Can I use The Whole Metabolic bundle pregnant?Anything new in pregnancy should be carefully considered with your health care team. With that said, it is always a good idea to work on balancing blood sugar, gut health and mineral balance.
